The location provided easy access to the MTR station. It had quick connections to the city center. The proximity to the cable car for the Tian Tan Buddha was also convenient. The breakfast included great HK waffles.
The air conditioning was hard to control. I needed assistance from an engineer. Condensation looked above the shelving when the temperature went above 18 degrees. A tv remote worked intermittently.

the location proved acceptable, especially the easy access to the mrt station.
I was a bit disappointed by the housekeeping. some days, they seemed to miss refilling the toiletries completely. also, the air conditioning seemed temperamental. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature, it fluctuated quite a bit during the night and i had problems sleeping.
